Hatha Yoga

Hatha class based on the Sivananda tradition.
A gentle and slow-paced yoga class with a focus on static postures to observe how each pose feels and listen to what it can bring to our body sensations. Chakra points are also used to guide the class depending on the theme of the class (i.e. grounding, compassion, stability, clarity)
