Prenatal Fit Yoga class

An empowering class that will help you gain the strength and stamina needed during this transformative time. We will focus on learning to move in and out of yoga poses with the breath, and as a result enable you to connect with your inner strength as you prepare for childbirth. Another aspect of preparing for childbirth is learning to engage the pelvic floor muscles, which will also be very useful post delivery. Blocks, bolsters and cushions will be provided to assist you in the postures. The class will end with a mediation.

It is recommended that you are past the first trimester (12 weeks) before attending this class. At the same time, if you have been practicing yoga prior to getting pregnant you are welcome to attend.
