Originally from Canada, I am so excited to be able to share my practice with people on the other side of the planet!

I have been draw to yoga since I was little for both the mental and physical benefits I saw in myself.

As someone with ADHD, I understand how hard it can be to stay grounded in the present sometimes, and for me, traditional meditation was always a struggle.

I invite my students to find that peace through the mind to body connection. Additionally, I was born with hip dysplasia that was never fully corrected, even with surgery.

I know how intimidating it can be to see yoga on Instagram, and even on YouTube, when you can’t do the “easy” poses. Everyone can, and deserves to,  benefit from yoga.

My teaching style focuses on inclusivity and modifications so we can work on mobility and strength without creating more problems. Stop by for a class, and let me know how I can best support your energy. I am looking forward to sharing our practice together!
